The Wadia 170 iTransport allows our overworked overseer to access all the media on their fully loaded iPod at the highest of fidelity.  Unlike most iPod docks, the 170 iTransport outputs a bit perfect digital data stream from the iPod, allowing our intrepid entrepreneur to feed the signal into a high quality separate Digital to Analogue converter (DAC).  Fortunately, the Executive System includes the perfect processor for the job, the Wadia 151 Power DAC Mini.

The Wadia 151 Power DAC Mini is a high performance DAC and surprisingly powerful 25 Watt per channel integrated amplifier combined into a Series 1 chassis.  The 151 Power DAC Mini measures in at a mere 2”X8”X8” (HxWxD), which is the same size as the Wadia 170 iTransport, making it an ideal audio solution for modern living and work spaces.  WIth its wide variety of digital inputs, our Captain of Industry can connect an existing CD/DVD player via Toslink optical digital output, a computer via USB and, of course, the Wadia 170 iTransport via coaxial digital output.  Now we need only add a pair of high quality, compact, yet beautiful speakers to the Wadia 170 iTransport and 151 Power DAC Mini combination for a complete high performance digital media & music system.
